Pick-up instructions
Terminal 1: After collecting your baggage, follow the signs until you leave the terminal on the ground floor. Once outside, go to the right and cross the zebra crossing in front of the EMT bus stops. Find the signs to "Consignas". Look for the bus stop called Bus Hotel in yellow in front of the "Consignas" office. Here, you will find the black ACE Rent A Car minibus.; For Assistance Call +34 971 08 49 16; ACE Rent A Car
Terminal 2: After collecting your baggage inside the terminal, continue to follow the ""Bus Connecting"" sign located on the left. Look for the sign for the exit to ""Express Parking"" and go outside of the terminal. Once outside, cross the zebra crossing and follow the ""Prada de Bus EMT Hoteles Agencias"" sign on the right. At this point, you will find the black ACE Rent A Car minibus.
Terminal 4: After collecting your baggage, follow the signs to Bus - Transit - Hotel. Outside, cross the zebra crossing, turn left and go to the Bus Hotel stop almost at the end of the walkway to the black ACE Rent A Car minibus.
Please note, that the car provider is Ok Rent a Car.
