I opted for the full to full policy, but the first car offered was with an almost empty tank and although there was a gas station in the immediate vicinity, the employee claimed that he did not have money to fill up. Cons: I wanted to reserve Peugeot 308 manual transition, fuel tank full to full and I got Nissan Sunny, old car, more than 90 thousands km, automatic transition, fuel tank 3 out of 8, with very bad tires, we had flat tire 2 times in 5 days. Representative was active on my arrival on Whatsup, but he went away while we were passing airport, we had to wait more than 30mins till then he came back for us, he kept us freezed in a meeting point.

Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A Young driver fee is not applied.

There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 2 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

The Security Deposit will double if the renter's age is from 21 to 24.

In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher, proof of insurance that covers the rental vehicle for damage and liability.
Insurance
Renter must provide a proof of own insurance. Otherwise, the renter will be required to purchase TPL and CDW for an additional charge.
Deposit and deductible policy
A deposit will be charged on the renter's credit card through the end of the rental period.

When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

Booked extras are not guaranteed. All extras are subject to availability at the rental counter.

Additional drivers are allowed free of charge.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Business hours
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 60 minutes.
